The heating function is another big plus, especially during the winter months. It gently warms the lumbar area, helping to relax my lower back and improve overall comfort. This chair has made my thighs hurt and after I stand up from it I feel more pressure behind my knees than I did when I had another chair. I have reached out to HBADA for a full return. I have tried several different pillows but the seat on this chair is super rough so no amount of blankets or pillows soften this enough. If you are fairly slim like I am, you need a more of a leather and plush feel. The different features this chair offers is great, but when you stand up in pain after using the chair then none of the features really matter.
