The ducting arrived in a branded carton with the contents individually wrapped. The ducting is just over 2500mm fully extended and is good quality but with any ducting that is not insulated care must be taken installing the product to avoid damage. 2 jubilee clips are also included to secure each end which is a bonus because nylon ties are usually supplied that tend to slip off if the ducting is being stretched out. I was quoted between £49.00-£74.00 for a similar product from local electrical stores and they wanted an extra £3.80 for 2 cable ties, not jubilee clips, to secure each end. They didn’t have the 200mm in stock but the 100mm that they did have looked similar quality.

It's a little flimsy. Feels like it'll break easily if you move it around regularly or anything else touches it regularly. It'd be fine to just install in the loft if you have a proper AC system or something but I bought this for a portable AC and I'm thinking it won't last all that long. Mine had a little tear in that I noticed after only a few hours. Not sure if I did it or what but I patched it up with some duct tape. It's also not insulated at all. The metal transfers heat REALLY well, which is not what you want when you're trying to get hot air out of the house. I'd suggest buying an insulated one instead if you're planning to use this for an air conditioner or dryer where you don't want the heat being transferred into your home.

Veel beter dan de originele buis! De buis is veel beter geïsoleerd, waardoor er meer hitte wordt afgevoerd. Hij ziet er ook veel luxer uit en dikker dan het origineel. De buis paste perfect op het oude "opzetstuk", waardoor de accessoires niet eens nodig waren.
