Even Embers 5-Burner Propane Gas Grill with Side Burner

Read the reviews of this and several other grills and decided to try this one.. Delivered as promised in 3 days, packed well but when the cast grates were unpacked two were broken. That happens. I emailed the customer service and received a positive answer in just a few hours. All three grates were delivered in 3 days with an apology note. I have used it a couple of times and it is very much worth the money.

This is a very good grill that lives up to it's ratings in most categories. My purpose for writing the review is to inform consumers that the BTU output of the burners is lower than normal - so it takes longer to cook everything. I find this very frustrating and if I knew this before purchasing I would have chosen a different grill.

I’ve had this grill for over a year now. This grill arrived and I eagerly put it together. Immediately, the strikers had trouble lighting the gas. A few hours trying to realign what I thought to be strikers that were out of alignment ended up just being a design flaw between the burners and the strikers. Do not buy this grill unless you are OK with manually lighting the burners with a hand held butane lighter. Once they do get lit, watch them carefully as the slightest wind causes some burners to blow out. This is the worst grill I ever bought and one of the top five purchases I have made that I regret in my life. I’m stuck with this piece of crap until I can afford a new grill and I don’t want the same thing to happen to you.

Gave this to our son for his birthday to replace a Weber and he loves it. Great value, easy to assembly and just perfect for his busy family. Couldn't be happier.

Overall this has been a great grill for an affordable price. I am an avid grilled and have had an opportunity to use many brands of grills and have loved some while hating others... This grill I am giving a 4 star rating and here is why.Pros: affordable, quality construction, real rubber wheels, even heating with no hot or cold spots, quickly reaches 400+ degrees, easy ignition of all burners, great knobs to control all burners, seems to hold temps well, nice temp gauge, attractive cabinet.Cons: description stated porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates and unfortunately only the warming rack is porcelain coated, assembly instructions did not include any written directions only illustrations that some left you scratching your head, took a little longer to assemble than the 20 minutes stated on box, the clasps used to attach the cart to the main grill body seemed a little unstable and could use a more secure method of mounting.I have now used this grill multiple times and have enjoyed the finished product. I would definitely recommend this grill and overall it seems to be a very nice product for the price. A few simple modifications would allow me to give it a 5 star rating.

Pictorial instructions provided adequate assembly details. A minor shipping damage was addressed through excellent customer service. The grill performed perfectly on all features. I highly recommend the product for it's performance and and the customer service support.

Took about an hour to put together, maybe less .. but as grills go not to bad to assemble...I cook almost year around on the grill, below 10 degrees I don't.. food comes out great. Very even heating quite impressed with that .. now looking for new heat shields and tubes . But this is easily the best Grill I've ever bought
