Intona USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Isolator, Industrial Version, Black, 2.500VRMS

I was dealing with some super noisy USB whenever my PC's GPU was under load. This caused a ground loop with my audio interface (RME Fireface UFX) and powered studio monitors. Given that I built this setup for music and 3D art projects, this was a huge disappointment. I spent months futzing with the setup and tried several isolation products, and this is the best. The Schiit Wyrd doesn't seem to break ground loops at all. The iFi iDefender is solid but I had some high-pitched ringing when the GPU was working. The Intona isolator fixed the buzz with no side effects. I am so happy to finally be able to use my PC for its intended purpose. Thank you, Intona!!

A new amplifier picked up a ground loop from my computer through the outboard DAC, producing an intermittent buzz. Adding this isolator between the computer and the DAC completely cured the problem. It is powered from the USB, plug and play. Shipping from Europe took no longer to arrive than domestic. This is industrial design more than consumer, made rugged and reliable rather than small and inexpensive.

Speedy service - placed order on Tuesday and received on Friday even though product was shipped from Germany! After installing between laptop and DAC, music sounds richer and with a deeper soundstage. I was surprised at the nontrivial improvement in sonic quality.
