The Litigation Paralegal: A Systems Approach 5th Edition

I'm using this for a class right now. It was the least expensive option I found. I have downloaded the kindle reader on my iPad mini and use that in place of a bulky book when I attend. I can pull it up on any PC (after downloading the Kindle reader) and it remembers my highlights and bookmarks. I can always pick up where I left off on any device. I love this option and it should be a serious consideration for all students.

This book has a lot.of sample . templates that are really good to reference. They tend to be federal examples though, buy that's probably because federal is the same everywhere. Lots of amazing information presented in simple wording so it doesn't get too confusing like a lot of other law books. And despite the title, it's actually a pretty jnteresting, engaging book!

This book was brand new, so of course it was in perfect condition. What impressed me more was the careful packaging, quick shipping, and great price. I paid a third of the price for this brand new book then the school bookstore wanted to charge me for a used book!

I was very pleased with the speedy delivery!Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in the condition of the book. I understand that it is a used book and I expected normal wear and possible highlighting, since the description stated "Good" condition. I certainly didn't not expect water damage to the pages...every single page and inside cover reflects damage from contact with coffee or some sort of liquid.

This book was kind of dull and dry. But it was informative. It was a required book for the class. Great price though!!

I thought this was a really good book for my paralegal class on litigation. Well written and informative. I can see going back and reviewing information when I am done with school.

There were leaves in the pages
