Amazing supplement
This has really helped me with muscle recovery and metabolic efficiency. On my second bottle and I am leaner, stronger and swimming faster and easier. Also stopped snacking after dinner - there is a metabolic benefit from this. Only drawback is if taken too close to bed, will keep me up with a second wind effect. Not like caffeine, not jumpy, just more energy.I hear this is supposed to be esp good for borderline diabetics.

Honest reviews are important and so I feel obliged to say this is definitely not a good source of NMN.

This works to restore energy!
So far I have been taking this supplement for 2 weeks. I notice that in the past if I slept for less than 7 hours, then on the next day I would feel tired, having headache and lack of energy. With this supplement I feel like I’ve got plenty of rest and not drowsy or tired at all. It’s not the same effect as drinking coffee. I just feel calm and yet energetic. This is not to say this supplement can replace your sleep. Sleep is very important and if I could I would sleep 8-9 hours every day.

Mauvais dosage
J'ai pris 3 gélules par jour pendant 40 jours et je n'ai ressenti aucun effet bénéfique. Je soupçonne que ces gélules ne soient pas dosées suffisamment. Bizarrement j'ai pris 1k5 pendant ce temps sans changer mon alimentation et je les ai perdu dès que j'avais terminé la boîte mais je ne peux pas affirmer que cela ait un rapport avec cette molécule.
