Small and convenient, good quality

It's smaller than I thought. I can put it in the suitcase to travel. I don't need to worry about the clothes being crumpled in the suitcase when traveling! Very convenient, steam comes out in 2 minutes, ironing clothes is very flat, and hanging clothes can finish ironing. I can say goodbye to heavy irons and huge ironing boards now!

Nice steamer for home use!
It’s a beautiful design product but a bit heavy for traveling, perfect for home use, I bought three different steamer from amazon at the same time, one of them is a gift for my girlfriend, she picked this one without doubt for the eye caught design, also loves it for the quick heat-up and strong steam, then all my shirt and pants got done well ^_^

Burnt out after very little use
The steamer worked great at first. Used during a trip in June. While not the smallest steamer I could have purchased, it wasn't bad and comes with lots of attachments for different materials. After this trip, I only used it a handful of times. Tried using it yesterday and no steam would come out and the device smells like it is burning. Disappointed.

Good product
I have only used this item once. It was to get wrinkles out of a dress shirt. I used it horizontally and it worked. Way easier than an iron.

This is not an easy steamer to use.
It is too heavy, the electrical cord limits the distance to use it for hanging things, it sputters and has too many attachments for different kinds of clothing items.

So cumbersome, and steam not hot enough
I got this to replace a 30 year old folding travel steamer. Well, I'm keeping that one. This one is so huge and clunky. You literally do not need any of the attachments. Just run the steaming area directly over your fabric, that's the best way to use this. It didn't do as good of a job as I'd hoped. I had to keep going over and over the same set-in wrinkled areas, but didn't need to with my better-made older one.
