Protects my hair from heat damage from straightening it every day the smell is nice not too strong straightens out the curls and leave the straight hair glossy and soft my hair feels healthier with this on it I used to use treseme heat protector but it lacked the oil needed for my hair to feel smooth and not just dry !

Leaves hair feeling soft and silky. Tames flyaway hair when dry too. Lost mine - it was in my husband’s bathroom!!

The product is excellent...does what it says on the bottle! Delivery was before due date so a real plus to the suppliers.

It does a good job of protecting my hair for heat treatment

I have bought this product a number of times before from my hairdresser and it has always been 2 liquids that have to be shaken to mix them throughly before use. The 2 liquids are lilac/purple in colour and clear/transparent. The lilac/purple liquid is supposed to be quite thick/viscous in consistency. I ordered this product and it arrived as a translucent pink, totally runny liquid on top of a clear liquid. Plus the label was barely on as if it had been peeled off and stuck back down a number of times. This is NOT how this product is supposed to look, not according to the Design Essential website or any of my previous purchases of this product - so this bottle went straight in the bin. Never again.

Totally a fake product! Not even property labelled! And the packaging was shocking! The bottle was leaking and not sure why the pink stuff floating at the surface.... £20 was really expensive for a fake product! Totally disappointed! Will be returning immediately without a doubt!

I got this after seeing many hair stylists use this on textured hair like mine, and I saw my own stylist use it on my hair as well. Prior to this I was using a leave in cream that was 4x the price that was good, but sometimes would be way too heavy for my hair. I have low porosity hair and it gets weighed down extremely easily so the lighter the product the better. This is the perfect light leave in, heat protectant, and blow dry primer all in one. It doesn't feel like much when you put it on, so I oversprayed a bit when I first started using it because I basically couldn't feel it, but learned quickly that you really don't need a ton for it to work. It leaves my hair feeling soft and looking shiny. My hair has body and movement for the whole week with this. I still add a little oil on the ends in between washes to preserve my ends, but the overall length feels great all week and not weighed down even after the sebum starts coming down from my scalp. Excellent product with excellent value that I will continue to purchase.

This product works really well with a round brush blow dryer. I used it on my 90 year old mom's 3b silver hair. This product left her soft and pretty straight, so that I didn't have to use an excessive amount of heat to completely straighten it using a Tymo. Please note that I also used a heat protector serum prior to using the Tymo, with lovely results.

I first saw this product on youtube and using as a blow out. Love to use it on my kids hair after I blow their hair out. It protects the hair from heat and give it that shine. Smell doesn't really have a smell to it.
