These are definitely faux leather. Emphasis on the faux. Nobody will be fooled. Helen Keller and Stevie Wonder will laugh at 300 yards “whoop! There it is!”. But it’s okay. They’re kind of cool and you can. Roll with it if you’re having some fun in your decor. I just redid a bedroom with faux leather (because it’s as cheap as I am) and these actually look good on my bed.If real leather is important to you or your look, this ain’t gonna cut it. But they’re really not terrible and if you have the right setting, decor and sense of humor - they’re actually kind of awesome. Just own it and grin and you are good.

If you want to invest in a pillow that's functional for sleeping - this might not be for you. The quality is fantastic. It looks beautiful and feels like leather. I love everything about it but I never intended to use it or sleep on it. I just wanted a pretty leather pillow to add an accent to my living room and it's living up to it's standards with that.Sleeping on it is another story. It slips a ton, it's not very comfortable and it doesn't like to stay still - again because it's SO slippery (which is why it's behind my other pillow in the picture). Something about the faux leather texture. it just doesn't have a grip. BUT I STILL LOVE IT <3

First, I was happy that the size actually fit the correct pillow insert and that the tone of the color was real to the photo. Those are the only positives I can give. THE SMELL! Uggg! The most off-putting. It’s been a half a day and still smells fresh out the bag. I bought the pillow to show my home and I can safely say that’s all it will be used for... As it is the pillow is being stored off my couch and will only be used for pictures. It’s so so bad that I can be in the same room with it but absolutely do I not want to be near this pillow... Gah! What a poor decision this was!

Looks like real leather. The fabric is slippery and doesnt like to stay put on the couch but I use them for looks more than comfort and the other pillows help hold them in place. Great quality strudy fabric. Fits in perfectly with my other decor.

These are exactly as pictured and I love them! No chemical or leather smell and they shipped in a very timely manner. I only wish I'd gotten a larger size (I ordered the 16x16) but I initially ordered them to use on my bed.

I ordered two of these pillow covers and could not be more satisfied! They were exactly what I was on the hunt for and are very high quality. They look and feel like real leather! I chose the 22x22 size and I stuffed them with 24x24 down feather inserts. Because of the thick faux-leather material, they are not "breathable" and air gets trapped inside. They will slowly flatten if you rest on them and require the zipper to be opened to fluff them again, but I intended them to be for decoration so I don't feel that is a negative aspect.

For the first time in my marriage my husband not only noticed that I got new throw pillow covers, but he actually commented that he really liked them. I’m giving these covers 5 stars because they were exactly what I needed to finish the update in our family room. I did read a few reviews saying there is a “vacuum effect” if you lean back on these pillows and I would agree with that. I bought 22 inch covers and used them with 24 inch inserts because I wanted to make sure the pillows were full looking.
