My son is a lifeguard this summer and is using these sleeves to protect from sun exposure. They are working great and provide an added benefit of compression and wind/cold protection. Great value having two pairs in the package.

I wasn't looking for anything to really compress my legs, I just wanted to find something that fit well enough that I could slide my knee brace over it and these work fantasticly. I do have to put padding under my brace so everything aligns properly, and the sleeves stretch right over, keeping everything compact. Also I use them for when I don't want to tape my Salonpas patches down, it helps them not roll up and peel off as fast, and I deal with less waste and don't have to keep spending money on tape. I do have very thin legs so, if you're looking for something light that compresses a little bit and you weigh a bit more than me, I'm 86lbs currently, 5 foot 3.5 inches, these might be ideal, but that really depends on your needs. They also grip good, so I'm happy with these, will probably buy more later.
