You can also adjust the chains around the neck and around your body to make the chest jewelry sit higher or lower to fit your breast. Quality is pretty good especially for the price. I wore it for about 3 hours no issues.

I hate the fact that there is no bra size given. Item is sold as if one size will fit all. The jewelry stops right at the area where my breast ends and was pinching the hell out of me. Can't wear it. Wasted my monies because by the time I chose to wear it the return time was up

Love the look and was so excited to get this, just when I got it, it's more for really small chest. I'm not super big chested but it hurt to have on. Definitely durable, can't bend it to make it more comfortable. So it's literally a one size.
