Very Disappointing Experience – Not Helpful at All
Unfortunately, this product did not help me at all. I could have taken my car for a professional scan and diagnosis at a lower cost than purchasing this item. Before buying, I conducted thorough research, including checking the manufacturer’s website, to ensure the device supported my car’s model and year. However, after receiving the item and performing the first clear attempts, the scanner generated 16 faults titled “Data record invalid.” When I contacted support, their response was that these faults were corrupted files in the database and would not affect the functionality of the appointed part. This explanation was not reassuring, especially after the device itself created the faults. Additionally, I paid extra for the one-click features, but I ended up receiving a refund for that portion because the scanner does not support the required code for my vehicle. I was told I would need to monitor their forum for future updates, which is not practical when you purchase a tool expecting it to work immediately. Lastly, when I requested a full refund after realizing the purchase was useless and did not provide any benefit (other than potentially corrupting some data files), I was only partially refunded. This was despite returning the item in flawless condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product based on my experience

Very limited use and requirement for additional Pro version
Nearly 300aed for Pro on top and the developers refuse to help. Big waste of money

Next-gen OBDeleven is insane. Paired instantly to my iPhone, unlocked one-click coding on my 2023 Golf R (mirror dip, needle sweep, exhaust flaps, DRL tweaks) in minutes. Long-coding and adaptations are stupid easy now. Also cleared my buddy’s BMW oil service light and read live data on a Mini. Credits are cheap, app is smooth, and it’s half the price of VCDS. If you own any VAG or BMW-group car, just buy it. Game-changer!
