HOPING THRY LAST!
They arrived charged up and being in LA, they got to charge more after they arrived until sundown around 8 p.m. Easy to assemble and to put in place. The dirt was loose enough that I could just push them in. Little palms and geraniums in my photo. Quick and easy upgrade of curb appeal. It really looks nice now at night. I wish I had a higher end phone (camera).

Will need to replace with different lights.
When I first bought the solar, I’d say it looked very nice in the yard, but eventually when the grass grew, it snapped the lights off the original poles that came with them so now I don’t really like how they look a couple of them are broken and missing I wouldn’t buy these again. They are water resistant and they don’t need batteries because they’re solar. They were easy to install but not long lasting.

Low lumination effect, good for highlighting a path upon approach
I installed these in the evening of June 5th, 2024 - primarily along my driveway. I live in the country with no street/road lights and a 120ft driveway, so finding the exact entry point to the driveway and not running into the yard when backing up with a trailer at night have always been a challenge due to the lack of any sort of markers or lumination. I didn't want anything looking like an airport runway - so far on night one, I'm pleased with the effect. These are much more subtle in brightness than depicted in the product photos. Depending on how/where you install, you'll see a difference: 1) along my driveway, they are embedded along the sides of the concrete drive within the grass - you don't really see the reflection off the surrounding grass until you're within about 15-20ft of the driveway, but it's enough for me to see the outline of the drive through the windshield, sideview mirrors, and vehicle backup camera. I keep my lawn at about 4", so I would imagine the level of reflection is dependent on the surrounding grass height for this type of installation. 2) I installed two of the lights, along my front sidewalk leading to the porch steps on top of the landscape bed/mulch. Because there's nothing for the light to reflect from, you don't really notice them till approaching the walkway but they do provide enough light to avoid tripping and to outline the path. If there is something within a foot for the light to illuminate, they are more noticeable. I did place one directly underneath our flag hanging off the porch column about 3ft above; in total darkness the light barely illuminates the flag (and even less light when it waves to either side, so there is no "cone" effect for the light), so I will be installing something brighter for that function to honor our nation's flag code - like I said, the closer an object is for the light to illuminate and reflect, the better the lumination effect from a distance. Functionally - I certainly would not rely on these alone, to provide any level of security (if that's what you're looking for). Otherwise, they will subtly accentuate your plants or perhaps a wall. They will highlight a path as you approach - which serve my desired need as I have other measures in place for security. As for Durability, I'm mixed as I installed. Today, I would say these are light duty lights, low lumination, and not meant for heavy traffic over them upon installation. The housing and ground spikes are indeed plastic, and 2 of ground spikes out of 16 lights broke (I imagine I hit a rock) during installation into the lawn along the concrete driveway, which is why I put two on top of the mulch along my sidewalk. As a tip, I would wait to install them when the ground is soft after a rain. I certainly would not drive over them after installation if avoidable. I will update this review as I do a couple mows to attest to their ability/durability to allow mowing over top of, and I'm sure in the course of mowing I will likely run over one or more with the tire of my lawn tractor. Will also update if I see a downgrade in the lumination over time.

Great Walkway Lights
Bright with long lasting battery life. We put these lights in our front walkway and they come on every night and last several hours.

Nice when they work properly
Lights are nice when they work. They sometimes don’t light and you need to turn the switch on the back off and on again for them to work.

good and easy to use for the price
Absolutely love these. Well worth your money. My front yard was dark but I didn’t want to run electrical wiring. Aluminates nicely. Very easy to push in ground for up lighting

Terrible
Does not work. I can leave these things in Arizona sun for hours and hours and they will stay lit for maybe an hour at night and then shut off and I thought it was the motion sensor and I moved them around and tried them again and I would sit out there and watch them come back on and literally dim and dim and dim until he shuts off again. I would go around and shut them off turn them back on. They will come back on and I would just see the light just slowly dim little by little and then it will die again. Does not hold any charge
