JUBEI Brand Water Dragon Differentially Hardened 1060 Samurai Katana Sword Sharp

I love this sword. This is well better than other 1060 katanas on the market. The ito, sageo. habaki, and tsuba, were all superior to my Musashi 1060. The only thing that was better in the Musash katana was the polish. This item took about 6 days of shipping time. The hamon is visible and authentic. This tsuba is quite large, and does and some noticable ounces in the weight also changes the balance point quite dramatically. No pain in the arms from the cutter though. Im am definately goin to buy another. Probably the Lion dog next time.

Blade is awesome! It has a real hamon. It is faint but it is there. The quirks are:1) Tsuba was warped.2) Blade flops around. In the saya.3) It says that it is 1060 steel but the tag in the box says #45 steel.. (1045)Its a good blade for the $. Wish it didn't have these quirks.

I Love it. Its a real quality blade for the price. had to fix the tsuka though. Its a beast. a delicious sword.

Easily the best bang for buck sword I've bought. Features usually not found on other swords in this price range include: high quality iron fittings and tsuba, nicely wrapped chemical fiber ito over real ray skin, very well clay tempered 1060 carbon steel blade with beautiful hamon, and a tight fitting saya. You may find other swords in this price range with one or more of these features but I doubt you will find one with all of them.
