Q: Will it hold a phone that has a pop socket?

No. It is no wear big enough for a phone. It barely will hold any cash. I would only recommend this for someone who only carrie’s One or two cards and maybe an Id. Plus the stitching on mine is loose after only 4 months of use. Don’t recommend.

Q: Judging by the measurements it should fit ny galaxy note 10 plus. will it?

Yes it should. I am able to put my iPhone 13 in plus credit cards, cash and coins and a few other small items such as gum and peppermint.
