Mi Sedaap Sambal Goreng, 88-Gram (Pack of 40)

I find these to be flavorful even though I sometimes leave some of the ingredient packets out and use my own sriracha and a bit of sweet soy. Noodles always stay firm when I pour boiling water over them and let them steep with a lid on the bowl for 2-3 minutes. I find the flavor to be nicely strong but not overly salty, and it's definitely superior to the usual supermarket brands in both flavor and texture. I'm rapidly developing a taste for the seasonings in these Indonesian noodles over the usual ones. Adding veg, leftover pieces of beef, pork or chicken or maybe a beaten egg kicks up the nutritional value considerably and it makes a single packet very filling.
