Different ramen, great improvement over ordinary brands at the supermarket
I fixed my very first packet as follows: I used only half of the powdered seasoning packet because I don't care for very salty foods, then squeezed out half the hydrogenated palm oil (I guess) into my bowl, added the granulated roasted onion and the herbs, squeezed the entire thick red pepper sauce (love spicy foods) and the sticky black, sweet sauce in the bowl and then poured boiling water on top and stirred before adding the block of ramen. The broth is not at all salty, not very peppery, either, but I corrected that with a squirt of sriracha sauce to heat it up, again, personal preference and easily managed at home. The noodles stayed firm to the bottom of the bowl, more like Korean noodles do, and I was well pleased. I'm opting to toss out the oil, hot sauce and sweet soy packets for future preparation and use my own sriracha and some hoisin.I can see adding drizzled egg, some sort of already cooked meat, perhaps extra vegetables as variations. Since I'll probably eat one packet at a time and it no more often than twice every 10 days, I feel it will not present a huge hazard to health. The price was quite good, so I just need to remember to use thirty nine more packets before some of the ingredients become rancid. I'll share some with friends.

Not A Bad Imported Noodle.
3 Stars maybe it's just because I prefer Indomie. I figured I'd try something new and this came with 40 as opposed to the 30 that come with the other brand. Now don't get me wrong! It tastes pretty good for an instant noodle. The red packet adds a good amount of heat. The noodles soften very fast but get mushy very fast too. The only thing I really don't like is the thickness of the sweet soy packet. Man! That stuff is like epoxy! You could break your thumbs squeezing this stuff out!

Not as good as the Mi Sedaap Chicken Onion
This flavor it just ok. The pack of noodles comes with, a seasoning packet, soya sauce, hot sauce, fried onions, and an oil spice. It was good, but it just was not as good as the Mi Sedaap Chicken Onion Flavor.

Greatest Instant Noodles Ever!!!!
I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for 2 years as a volunteer missionary, and this was one of my small-budget staples that kept me from starving. I had brought some home with me, but they have long since been eaten. So excited that Amazon had them in stock! They are dry noodles (you drain them after you boil them) and then you add all of the spices and flavours. Best instant noodles ever!

Lots of Love
I used to live in China, where I could just fly into Malaysia to buy some Mee Goreng Instant Noodles to bring home all the time. When I moved to the US, it became quite a bit harder to get the noodles-- until I found this link. This is amazing. If you live overseas, far way from Malaysia, and desire a taste of some instant dry fried noodles, look no further.

It's been years and I still love it!
I used to study in Hong Kong-- me and many of my friends would always have some stocked away for a late-night snack. I have tried Japanese and Filipino noodles and love them as well, but Mie Goreng still remains one of my favorites.
