The media could not be loaded. Worked perfectly! I have a Yamaha KX-W362 double cassette player. Deck A suddenly sounded muted and just terrible while deck B was just perfect. I cleaned with rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs but sound was not much better. After receiving my Vinylstyle cassette head cleaner and running it a few times, sound has been restored to original. 100% recommend.

I have an old Teac double playback/recorder tape deck that sounds very low with no stereo at all. I kept using other cleaners but no effect, and I planned to dispose of my tape deck. After seeing some positive feedback from Amazon, I would like to give it a try. After cleaning using the instructions right on the tape cleaner, my tape deck now plays loud with a clear stereo sound. This is an amazing product (made in Taiwan). Thanks

After running the demagnetizer/cleaning tape through my tape player 4 times, the sound quality went from lousy to like new. Hooray! The only downside is that the opening in which to pour the cleaning solution is so narrow that it's easy to miss and make a mess. Boo!

Simple and. effective this works really well simple to use .i have a vintage Sanyo cassette deck and when I first bought the sound was all muffled and quiet after I used this cleaner the sound was like day and night bright highs and warm bass notes

I wish I could give this less than a 1 star. Followed the instructions and broke upon the first use. The cleaning strip torn and got stuck in my tape deck. I then needed to tear it out and pieces of plastic went everywhere. But in a strange twist the cleaning solution seemed to help.... Would not buy again

Night and day difference after using it. Before, the sound was muffled and the volume low. The second cassette deck was even worse. This is a very good quality Pioneer double decker from 2005 with very minimal use. I thought it was damaged, but decided to try the cleaning / demagnetizer cycle "just in case". So glad I did! Now the music from the Guardians of the Galaxy tape (recent new release) sounds crisp and with normal volume. Can't thank this company enough. BTW, you have to pierce the bottle tip before using the cleaner 😁.

I have been using this cassette cleaner for 2 weeks now. I have been listening to some cassettes and cleaning every other cassette.The Bad:First: The package says that you need to open the bottles with a sharp object, such as a utility knife or hobby knife. If you don't have one, you rely on scissors, right? Well, I had to chop off nearly the whole tip because I could not get a sharp enough object to break through the tip. It should not be this hard to just open a bottle and use it.Second: Although I understand the purpose of this item and how it works, the strip of tape the cleaner has seems like it's going to fail (tear apart or stretch) after repeated use.Third: I know that manufacturers do not like to give away their secrets, but there is nothing you cannot learn these days from the internet. That being said, at least tell me what is inside the bottle. What is the solution made of? Eventually I will run out and will have to buy more. I get it, you want me to buy it from you, but I still want to know what is it that I am using to clean my equipment. You don't have to tell me the recipe, just the ingredients.Fourth: The hole for dropping the fluid is not necessarily well designed. VHS cleaning tapes had a round hole that was dummy-proof. This cassette cleaner, the hole is not round and barely big enough for the drops to "drop in" adequately. You will waste a couple of drops if you don't aim it properly.The Good:It does what it should and the fact that you can use it from any side is a plus.Verdict: It does what it should do, but this could be a better product.
