10-inch T55 Remineralizer Filter set for PG-400-AZ RO drinking water system

I have faced many unfortunate challenges with Purify Guru. My product review below:- Did not receive set-up instruction manual in kit. Found video and set-up manual online.- I had to purchase 3 additional adapters so the cold water connection would fit under my sink. Very surprising for this purchase price that Purify Guru wouldn't provide adapters or a few different sizes.- Outlet under sinks in US are connected to a light switch and turn on/off as they connect to garbage disposal systems. We purchased a smart outlet in order to trouble shoot having the garbage disposal system on an "on/off" basis and R/O system on all the time.- Instillation took over 12 hours over the course of 2 days with multiple trips to the hardware store. The video makes it look strait-forward - be warned it is NOT.- There is no instruction on how the cylinders fit inside the tube.- First and fourth cylinders leak, we tried PTFE tape no luck, then removed the plastic sealant ring in canister 4 which only worked temporarily.- Instillation video and user manual note different switches as being pure or purified. It is very unclear which switch does what action. I had to email the company to understand the difference between the two.- Did not receive and have not been able to find a user manual. I have no idea if I'm suppose to turn it off when not in use, when to flush the system, what flushing the system means, no description on button meaning on top of they system. etc. Everyday user actions.- No on/off switch.- Woke up to a soaked kitchen floor.- Water tasted great out of both switches last night, next morning tasted very bad.

A tiny bit of work to change the filter but well worth the effort.

Works good and easy to install. Good for the price.
