Aloe Gator Lil' SPF 40 Lotion for Kids

This is by far the best sun cream I've ever come across. As a fair-skinned person, I've had my fair share of burns - especially if swimming and inevitably forgetting to re-apply.When I first started buying this, it was advertised as apply-once for 8hrs. They've now changed the packaging - but the protection seems to be the same - apply in the morning, and forget about it. Never burnt...and it's broad spectrum too, so protecting you from rays that don't visibly burn too.Now it's a family staple: we use nothing else. Brilliant for kids, as you only need to wrestle them to the floor and smear them once per day.Pack size may seem small, but if you only apply once it lasts a good length of time.If you're buying SPF40, might as well buy the kids one - for some reason it's cheaper/ml than the adult one

I have been ordering Aloe Gator sun cream for a good few yrs now,And yes it is very good cream, my stars are for the help i did not recive when trying to explain they had sent me the wrong cream, I always get the factor 40 kids sun block in blue grey tube,My last order was very dissapointing, I recived lil gator 113ml,at the same price. when I emailed to say iv recived wrong cream,and been charged the same price, the responce was we have changed packaging,and not changed it on there advertisments as yet.. fair enough, but I log on this morning and they have changed the advertisement, what they have failed to change is the amount.. its advertising 118ml which I thought I had purchased, but the actual size is 113ml.beware not very helpful when it comes to you putting a complate in!!

I was so happy to find an allday suncream that agreed with my children and my sensitive skin and that didnt leave horrible yellow stains on clothes. After happily purchasing several of these creams I was very dissapointed to find that my latest purchase despite having the same bar code as the previous 8hr protection, has changed and there is no mention of allday protection, when you read the back of the tube it says you have to reapply every 2 hours. I am afraid I will no longer be buying this product, I really can't see why it has changed and I'm sure that there will be many dissapointed customers. I didnt mind the cost of the product knowing my children were protected from the sun allday at school but there is no way I would pay £9.99 for a small tube that has to be reapplied every 2 hours. PREVIOUS BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CHANGE!

We wanted a cream that wouldn't wash off as the kids were going to be in and out of the pool all day, so we didn't want to have to keep reapplying suncream.This was recommended by surfers for that very reason. Cream applied easily, and yes it did last for hours. We did reapply after lunch each day, because they had been towelled dry, so probably wiped some off then. But it lasted 2 kids 2 weeks in Spain in August and they didn't get the slightest bit burnt (unlike some of the other children we saw there!)

My daughter has really sensitive skin & we really struggle to find a sunscreen that she doesn't react badly to (some reactions look as though she has mild burns & can take up to a week to resolve)I have tried 4 new sensitive sunscreens this year (she is 7yrs now so we have tried lots) & I have NEVER found such a good suncream. The fact that it's very waterproof is an added bonus.She has been wearing this for 2wks now & has had absolutely no reactions. So impressed that I have purchased 6 tubes!! We are really outdoors people & summer is usually a miserable mix of dodging the sun, itchy skin & very anxious mother.We haven't tested it in water yet but we will be testing this on a water park holiday shortly & for the first time ever I am looking forward to it.Wish it was in a 100ml tube (it's 113ml) so I didn't have to decant this into bottles to keep it in my hand luggage (I don't want to risk loosing my hold luggage).Definitely recommend giving this one a go !!!

This is the best suncream ever, we have bought it for the last 4/5 years and all the family use it. Apply it once and it lasts all day, it really does. Our son is in/out of the pool all day and has never burnt- he has never even been red.We would never go on holiday without it now and recommend it to anyone. In the past we have tried other all day creams but have found that they irritate the skin, leading to red blotchy marks, not a good look on holiday. No problems with this though!We have previously bought with extreme horizon direct but found it to be cheaper to buy with them through Amazon, and received the same prompt delivery.

I have used this on my 2year old since he was 6 months, he has eczema in very sensitive skin, this product has been fantasic! Great to no once he has it on I don't have to worry about him burning all day and sinks right in so no visible lotion steaks. Only downside is once I have done the backs of his hands it hurts him if he rubs his eyes but think most wold be the same. Well worth paying the extra money for.

Best sun lotion i've found for my baby. She doesn't burn at all with this lotion even in 38 degrees C! It sinks into the skin and stays there even after swimming. Sand doesn't stick to the body with this one because it really does get absorbed. The Adult one is good but attracts a lot of sand because its as shiny/oily as vaseline! I've start using the childrens one and it works perfectly!
