Clean and smooth finising
This steamer is so helpful especially with the vacuum option, the suction is powerful and the steam gives a clean smooth finising. It heats up real fast and works well. The functions are easy to use. The packaging and design is so beautiful as well. Highly recommend

Takes Practice
This review is for Neakasa Magic 1 Vacuum Steamer, Handheld Travel Garment Steamer for Clothes, 2300Pa Suction for Clothes Grips, Steamer Iron 2 In 1, for 110-120V Use (Silver). The steamer came packaged securely and felt high quality right out of the box. It has a sleek silver finish and a compact size that makes it easy to handle, especially compared to bulkier steamers. The heat-up time is impressively fast—about half a minute—and once it’s ready, the steam flow is strong and steady. The suction feature is clever. It grips onto the fabric and pulls it taut, which does help smooth out wrinkles more effectively, especially on tougher fabrics like cotton shirts or jeans. I also like that you can switch modes to work on delicate items without suction. Clothes come out dry right after steaming, which makes it convenient when you’re in a hurry. That said, it’s a little tricky to get the technique down at first. Positioning it correctly so the suction and steam work together smoothly takes some practice. Once you figure it out, it does the job really well, but the learning curve keeps it from being a “grab and go” tool at the start.

Mixed ...
Did it get out wrinkles on items that were packed, yes, for the most part.I found that we had to hang everything in order to use the steamer because the suction would pull the shirt or panys off the table causing scrunchy wrinkles.I had one jacket lapel that accidentally turned in on itself while I packed it. I didn't notice so by the time I unpacked it had already created a fairly heavy crease. Filling the water vessel several times was annoying especially when the crease would cool in between fillings ... but the good side I noticed is that the steamer isn't hot to handle (except for the part that steams) so handling it wasn't an issue. So, pros and cons but for the most part quick care of incidental wrinkles from a suitcase but it's not, in my opinion, a replacement for a regular iron.Recommended

Needs improvement
Love idea of the vacuum. The suction would and does negate need to pull fabric taught when steaming it hung; however, the steam is weak and I didnt like that you cant put ir down upright while in use. I wanted to love it but I returned it.

Love the vacuum function to steam with
I recently got this Neakasa Vacuum Steamer, and it works so much better than my past 2 fabric steamers that I've had in the past. What makes this steamer awesome is its vacuum suction . It pulls the fabric taut against the steaming plate, creating tension that allows the steam to penetrate and smooth out wrinkles and creases with efficiency. This is particularly effective for areas like hems and sleeve edges, where my previous steamers struggled alot. As a bonus, this vacuum steaming action also leaves clothes much drier than my other steamers, eliminating dampness and reducing the risk of accidental burns after using. The steamer heats up fast, usually in less than 30 seconds, which minimizes waiting time between garments. It works great on a wide range of fabrics, from light blouses and cotton to heavier materials like jeans and suit jackets, without moisture spots. I also appreciate the clear instructions provided. There are a couple of minor drawbacks, the water reservoir is quite small, requiring refills after steaming one garment, and the unit is a bit heavier than basic steamers, and my arm was sore after steaming a few items. However, these are minor inconveniences compared to the efficiency the vacuum feature provides. Its sleek design and inclusion of a bonus water tank are also nice bonuses.

An interesting take on a steamer
I’ve been using handheld steamers instead of an iron for years now, but this was my first time trying one with a vacuum function. I’ve only used it once so far, so I can’t speak to its durability, but I can share my first impression. It was well packaged without using excessive plastic. This thing feels heavy. Weight similar to a small iron and has a top heavy design. The water reservoir is very small. I used up most of it on a sleeveless top. The buttons are simple, the directions are clear. It doesn’t stand on its own, have somewhere safe to rest it.Because of the vacuuming, it’s louder than other steamers. Probably comparable to a blow dryer on low. But it’s quick. It doesn’t blow enough steam through the clothing to burn a stray hand. And it doesn’t leave the cloth damp, so no dry time. It’s a nice steamer. It does what it’s supposed to do. I like it. I’ll have to keep using it to see if it can replace my old steamer, but so far so good.

No heat options
This steamer has no option to turn down the heat and it gets very hot. You can use it without the suction settings and just use a ironing board, but it gets really hot. I would be hesitant to use this on some of my cotton button up shirts like is shown in the image.
