Brizo 64020LF-SS Solna Kitchen Faucet Single Handle with Multi-Functional Pull-Down Sprayer and Smart Touch, Stainless Steel

Worked fine for first six months but now drips which can be stopped only by manually turning off by using the handle as opposed to touch.Follow up: I called Brizo customer service and spoke with a knowledgeable and very helpful rep. He had me try several things before concluding that my six month old solenoid had gone bad. Brizo will send a new solenoid at no cost. Problem shouldn’t have happened but Brizo accepted responsibility and has offered a solution.

I love this faucet for its overall style, temperature indicator, and touch capability. I did get a dent in it already which I'm bummed about, so please watch yourself when doing the dishes.

I thought maybe the touch on and off would be a gimmick but after a week everyone in the family loves it. Get this it is well worth the money.

Love this faucet. Like another reviewer, we got it all installed and the smart touch feature did not work--went back and carefully read instructions added the insulation ring despite the fact that the way the instructions are worded makes it sound like you don't need this under some conditions--which we met. However, once we installed this, it worked fine. I love the Smart Touch feature. I cook a lot, and it is so great to not have to touch the faucet and get it all gooky while cooking or baking.As far as battery life--we have had ours for about 18 months now and have not had to replace the batteries In response to a commenter on another review, yes, you can still get water if the batteries go out. The batteries just control the Smart Touch feature. If batteries die, you have just a regular faucet. You also don't have to use the Smart Touch all the time. You can simply use the water lever. To use the Smart Touch feature, you have to have the water lever in the "on" position. My husband worried about this at first, but then we realized that if you turn the water on and there is no movement under the faucet for something like 2-3 minutes, it automatically turns the water off.

$650 FAULTY FAUCET!!!!!! (Faucet not purchased from Amazon)The Brizo Solna faucet was installed December of 2017 in our newly constructed home. A few WEEKS after installation the water flow would shut off intermittently. Then after a few months the water would only flow for less than TEN SECONDS. After contacting Brizo I was told they would send a replacement part in ten days to install on my less than six month old faucet. In the meantime I was given instructions on how to override the sensor. Easier said than done!! One of the clips I need to access to achieve this is in the back of the kitchen cabinet tucked up high between the wall and my sink in a 1 1/2 space! I can barely see it let alone access it, only to do it all again when I finally get my replacement part! And then cross my fingers and hope it works. The saying “You get what you pay for” certainly doesn’t apply here. SAVE YOURSELF A GREAT DEAL OF FRUSTRATION & AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FAUCET!

We installed this faucet as part of a major home remodel about 6 months ago. It worked great for about 3 months and then started turning off and refusing to work. No water no matter what you do. Only a few times a week at first and now about 50% of the time. Delta has been terrible at dealing with this. Hard get in touch with and then they opened an incident report but have done nothing. They imply it is an installation issue and not their fault. Then why did it work for three months. I would not buy this again it is not worth the trouble and we will probably have it removed.
