Is this for 1 bag? We buy these at Costco for $9.99 for a 22 oz bag.

That is true, I bought this at Costco. Only problem is Costco in Orlando does not sell them now. After my original purchase I went back to get another 2 bags. When I did not see this item I asked. The Costco front desk told me sometimes they just order so much as a special order. When its gone it may not be reordered. So get it while you can at your Costco.

is this dry like most other gluten free snacks?

I don’t think they are dry. I eat two a day. They are also nutritious. I think there are many Gluten Free products today that are very good.

Did anyone receive expired product

No, I just checked my products and they do not expire until December.
