Great charger, looks nice. Charges my iPhone x at a decent speed. Magnet is powerful and doesn't interfere with the charging. I have a transparent back case, I was afraid how would the ring that comes with it will look, but it looks fine. Overall a good product.

This mount is excellent for the iPhone X. It is fixed to the dash above the display screen. Wireless charging on the iPhone X works well. It will charge my phone if it has less than 100%. The electric cable is routed to the back of the display screen and down to the USB below. This mount provides a clean setup. The operation is very quick and easy. I place the magnetic ring between my iPhone and the case. Removal is just as fast. The iPhone X has wireless charging thus connections to the iPhone is very convenient.

Edit 8-5-2018Its been a few days and the charger works well in my car, and my truck.The car charger is hooked to a vent and the truck charger is hooked to a stand off. Both work well, though I think the stand off holds the unit from moving so easily and that just means I have to head back to the car and find a place to mount it there.Charging is ok, I was hoping for a better rate but my expectations may not be real as this is the first wireless charger I have used. All in all it performs well. Just think it's the getting use to it phase.(Wife's Hard shell rubber backed case)If you use a rubber backed hard case you'll likely have issues, the Mrs does (with the magnet releasing the phone) We knew this going in as the particular case posed issues for non charging mounts as well. I placed one ring between the case and the phone back and trimmed (plastic back molded in cut out for Apple logo) another ring to match up and placed it on the back of the case between the rubber and the plastic and it still comes loose.Oh well as I said we knew it coming in, as we have been down this road before. So time to order the wife a new case that doesn't have that issue.I have bumped up my star rating as it lives up to my general expectations and does well. I cannot fault the mfg for the magnetic issue. Its a well known problem.Original:(My hard shelled case)Nice, charger, seems to charge my iPhone X well. I appreciate they packaged a protector to cover the back fo the phone and prevent the metal disk from scratching it.I ended up placing one between the case and the phone and thinking the securement was too weak, on the charger. So I added a second band to the back of the case. I have a clear case so it was really easy to make sure the 2nd band lines up with the first.I also like the fact the vent clip is strong and doesn't slip off easily. I had planned on using the standoff but moved to the vent only as it better locates my phone while driving, and making it easier to keep my eyes on the road.The only con I had with the unit is the metal disk has a tiny and I do mean tiny rough spot on the interior edge. It likely will not scratch your phone (use the protector to be sure) as its the interior edge and not really that noticeable. Its really the only bad thing, I had to say about the purchase and its minor. I will most certainly purchase this again, if the need should arise. I did purchase 3 of these, so it's not likely, I’ll need more, unless one goes bad.I have only taken one trip with the phone on charge, I want to try it for a few more days, and if it meets my expectations I’ll up the rating. As I see it now I have no reason to think it will not perform admirably.

Works through my case and holds my phone enough not to fall off, even on speed bumps. Wireless charge works without issue, however I did have to get magnets in just the right spot with a couple of trial and errors on my phone. After doing it for a couple times, it's now very easy for me. I just placed the ring between phone and cover without adhesive. I can trade covers whenever I like and it works absolutely great. Heard that some covers are too thick and don't allow the wireless charge. But this one works like a charm for me.

This wireless car charger is exactly what I needed. It clips to my vent and positions the phone perfectly. If you have trouble charging your phone, as I did, I have a possible fix. I have a 4mm full protection case and it would charge at first. If you have a case like that you may want to stick the metal ring on the back of your phone and use without a case. That did the trick for me. Other than that, it's great. It came fast and the seller messaged me to let me know about the estimated delivery date.

Update (Sept 19th 2018)The seller contacted me and sent me 2 extra metal rings after my comments. Upgrading my rating to 5 star. They exceeded my expectations with great customer service!====================================I had one for my car, my wife wanted to have another for hers, this one looked like the one we’ve been using, we’ve been using it for last 10 days, it charges our phones in plastic cases (some chargers are not powerful enough to charge through the case) we didn’t have any problems.. The only thing I can complain is it comes with just one metal ring to put on your phone or its case and the packaging was a little weak.. If they fix these, I’ll give them five star...

This wireless charger is AWESOME! It fits perfectly on the vent in my truck and on my other car; even though each vent is a different size and shape it fits great on both! The gripping mechanism is far superior to any I've used previously. It holds my large phone very well and doesn't move around in the least bit. The magnetic disc fits easily on my phone and for my wife's phone, it goes in between the case and phone perfectly.Where has this charger been all my life? It's so nice not having to plug anything in and to have a very stable magnetic mount for my phone to rest on. Shipping took one day, great seller, I highly recommend this product and already bought two for my parents for mothers and fathers day :)
