Yes this makes the weights more convenient. Yes it's well built and looks good for a weight stand. Is it worth the money? only if you don't like bending down to pick up the weights. Do you have a full home gym? this completes the look. DO you have the selectible weights in the corner of your living room/office/extra bedroom? Skip the stand.

I didn't want to continually pick up my weights off the floor and this fit the bill. Also, the weights tend to stick a little to the holder carousel when you are picking up near the full amount and this also prevents that issue.

Well made and keeps the weights at the right height to easily lift and return to the cradle. I would recommend getting a tape measurer to see if the weights come to the right height for you (the bottom of each weights handle is about 26.5" from the ground when on the stand). I was wary of ricketyness as other reviewers mentioned that as a problem. I was very careful to use the correct bolts for each hole and to forcefully tighten them and retighten them as I went. After assembly, and a couple months in, it's totally solid and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I would note the price seems a little high to me at around $130. But this is heavy metal which must be costly to ship.

This is a bit pricey but worth it. Not only does it look good, but the stand is well made and makes transitions much easier.

The package did not come with SCREWS to put the product together. I checked the entire package and components. Missing unless there's some hidden spot they failed to mention. Now I have to hunt for them to match and pay more, or go through hassle of returning the item. First time ever purchased an item that had missing screws.

Ordered the black, numbnuts sent the grey... annoying. Kept it because too much trouble to return and amazon refunded the difference. Could be more solidly built, but gets the job done and puts the weights at a good height.

It took me quite a while to assemble. The bolts are of poor quality. And when I got done, I got a rickety weight stand. I hope I can return it.
