Pebeyre - Summer Truffle Salt from France 1.76oz

I ordered this to enhance all of my mediocre foods in college- like eggs, microwavable meals, etc. Trust me- this stuff will take a subpar meal and turn it into a gourmet feast! This stuff is magic! My roommate ended up using the entire jar and even bought her own of this exact stuff. I am not even kidding- the truffle taste is very strong and potent- even opening the jar is like WHAM! I also love this stuff on veggies , POPCORN!!!!! and pasta. It's truly the secret to any dish that takes it to the next level.

Warning, don't unscrew lid and sniff it! I love Truffle anything, but was turned off by the strong scent after I did this! I had trouble cooking with Truffle Oil so decided to try this salt. The flavor is just right, but don't use too much. I was not sure of the strength, so I dipped a dry fork into the glass jar and whatever was sitting on the tines of the fork, I sprinkled onto my food. I did that a few times, depending on the dish, perfection! I've put this on ravioli, chicken, even canned veggies, I'm in heaven and will be buying this again. It seems like it will last a long time, as you use very little each time.

Love it on everything! Will continue buying it again in the future!

The summer truffle salt is what I expected. I have ordered before and I enjoy adding it to tomato slices.

I use this on many dishes but one that I favor this most on is when I use it on a grilled rib-eye with a little butter and sprinkle of this salt on - awesomely delicious! Thanks for a great product - well worth the price!

Not for us. It is disgusting! Used super tiny amount. Ruined our food. Never again. Not sure what to do with it now. Cute jar.

I love truffle salt and this is one of the best that I have tasted. Excellent flavor and aroma.

Definitely table salt. Truffle is very weak but it smells good, just needs more truffle. I probably wouldn’t buy again.
