I’ve had this massage chair for about 2 months now and use it almost daily after work, so I feel like I can give a pretty honest review. The setup was manageable though it took my husband and I about an hour to get it assembled and positioned in our living room - definitely need two people for this. The zero gravity recline feature is really nice and does feel like you’re floating, especially when combined with the massage functions. The 10 rollers do a good job hitting different pressure points along my back and the airbags provide decent compression on my arms and legs. I particularly like the heating function in the back and calves which feels great during winter months. The Bluetooth speaker works well and the phone holder is handy for watching videos during longer sessions. However, the chair is much louder than I expected - you can definitely hear the motors and air pumps running, which can be distracting if you’re trying to relax. The leather feels nice but shows fingerprints and dust pretty easily, so I’m constantly wiping it down. The auto programs are convenient though some feel too intense while others are barely noticeable - I usually end up using the manual controls to customize the intensity. The footrest extension is helpful since I’m taller but it doesn’t extend quite far enough for my 6’2” frame. One annoying thing is that the remote control is a bit confusing with all the buttons and took me a while to figure out all the functions. Fairy disappointed by the quality and the size of this massage chair. It’s super small if you’re taller then 5’ 6” you’re not gonna enjoy this chair. It makes a lot of noise! I read the reviews adn went off of that. Got it for my husband for Father’s Day. Total disappointment.
