I love the soap. Very large bar, will last a long time. It lathers nice and leaves my skin hydrated. A gentle cleanser.

Previously, I used a liquid African black soap. The smell was delightful, and the soap was good. But I was growing concerned about the six empty plastic containers that just went into the environment each year so I decided to try the bar soap. After reading many reviews, I settled on this brand. I chose the single bar because it had next day delivery and I was keen to try it. I cut the bar in half, put 1/2 into the fridge, and started using the other half which is a normal soap bar size. Someone else had noted just how very soft the bar got. And that is correct. When I was using the bath soap. It was dripping globes of soap into the sink. Which is not good for the drainage and it’s a waste of the product. So I purchased one of those wood bar soap, drainer holders, and that now sits in the window of my bathroom. As you can see from the photos once the bar loses the excess water it shrivels down in size. This soap lathers up beautifully, and with my northern European Scottish skin I have had no dry issues – even though my skin is usually a little dry. It leaves my sling squeaky clean, very soft and moisturized. This bar has a very faint smell, it’s nice but not very noticeable. I do slightly miss the fresh smell of my liquid soap but neither I, nor future generations will be looking at my plastic waste floating in the water supply so I’m happy about that. Why did you pick this product vs others?: No bulky plastic. African black soap is great.

Used several (lots and lots) of products to get rid of my sons exzema. Nothing ever worked. Now he washes his hands with this soap daily, and hasn't had a flare up since. Phenomenal! Thank you for this product. He gets moderate flare ups on his hands and sometimes his arms.

This is my first time using your product. My skin feels very clean and bright leather is very nice. I can’t wait to continue to use this my new soap.
