Not strong enough
The battery dies instantly and won’t hold a charge. I bought this with the expectation of it working great according to other reviews. It’s not strong enough to file down my Rottweiler puppies nails, it just stops it.

If u have more than 1 dog or it's a big dog, u may need a more powerful device.
The device is ok. It worked fine on 1 dog, but 2 dogs may require a recharge before u r done. It took hours to fully charge when it arrived. There is not much power to the filing/sanding, but for a small dog that is probably all u need.

This is definitely quiet, so I will give it credit for that, but it doesn’t do anything to my pug’s nails. Too weak.

Not good for large dogs
The product itself isn’t bad.. if you have a small sized pet this would be great. Unfortunately I have larger dogs.. about 60-70 lbs with thick nails and it doesn’t work for them.Edit: 5 stars for customer service. I Was contacted directly to help me out. I still believe it’s a great product for those with smaller pets not larger ones. Thank u

Only Thing My Dog Will Let Me Use
My dog HATES getting her nails clipped and she’s scared of loud things so I’ve had a hard time keeping her nails short. This is the only thing I’ve tried so far that she’ll let me do without a fight. It’s quiet enough not to startle her and works really well to file down her long Basset Hound nails. Love it!

It can get very warm so use it and give it a rest to cool down.
This worked perfectly for a very fearful chihuahua. The best product for nail filing that I've come across.
