when i put oil in my fry pay it falls2 outer edges as pan not flat inside. are (all) these pans flat (inside?) thank u.

Is this the same tramontina tri-clad set cook's illustrated 2019 article recommeneded for $225.93?

It is similar, not the same.. Cook's Illustrated tested the Made in China version. This is Made in Brazil. Do the handles get hot? If so, what size silicone grip to buy?

During bringing contents to food-safe temperature (165 degrees), the long handles don't get too hot, but the helper handles heat quickly. However, for extended simmering, the long handles do get hot. The Tramontina website advises: "Even though the handles and lids are oven-safe, they will get hot in the oven and on the stovetop, particularly gas stoves where an open flame is used. Therefore, please use protective mitts to safely handle hot cookware." There are silicone handles available from other manufacturers, but I cannot advise on a specific size. Try a web search for "removable silicone soft-grip for pots", which will return some options. There are some sets with both handle and helper handle grips.
