Definitely good piece of kit for the DIY'er, easy to use and maintain, and sold at an excellent price and quick delivery too........ but to be honest it is not for the qualified tradesman as he would use it every day, day in day out, and therefore most of the pieces in this kit would not last the month, however the DIY'er, who would only use this kit occasionally will have this piece of kit for years to come.Be gentle with it, keep it clean, and it will give you years of service !!!

You have to very them to see how good they work

Used the chamfered tool and achieved good results using Dowsil 785+ silicone.Need to scrape along joint a few times, and as silicone builds up on the tool wipe it regularly using a silicone wipe. You'll have to go back over the base materials to scrape off remnants of silicone but the results are decent.Cleaning the tool regularly is key.

Adequate for the job but a little large and not to flexible

1. Used this when re-doing the silicone in my bathroom, it's simple to use and leaves a smooth professional looking finish.2. Another good use I found for this is with woodworking, very useful for applying glue and wood filler.

I bought this for applying sealant rather than removing it so this is what my review is based on. As others have commented there are a lot of pieces in this set with no clear instructions of what they all do. I tried one of the squarish implements first which was ok but then tried the little ball at the end of a stick, which seemed a lot easier to use. In summary worked ok but needed instructions.
