I can't remember the last time I wrote a review. However, these are fantastic. When I received them last night I could not put pressure on my heel when barefoot and it hurt even in my highly cushioned Hoka running shoes. These things took away ALL the pain. I can walk normally with these on and no shoes. I can wear my minimally cushioned sneakers. They are incredible. I highly recommend. (NOTE: I am 5 4 and weigh 115 lbs. Their effectiveness may be related to my smaller size, I'm not sure.)

Fits well into the heel of your foot. Truly relieves heel spur pain while remaining in place. Make sure you Velcro loosely if your feet swell. I find it makes a difference.

Easy to put on and provides some cushioning. Helped my cracked heels a little. However hasn’t helped with the pain, bought for plantar fasciitis, and they start smelling after a few wears. Not as helpful as I thought it would be.
