I needed something easy for one person to set up after I tried to set up a canopy at the beach recently and failed miserably. After watching a few product reviews, I decided on this tent because it’s a pop up tent, lightweight and portable.I had to return the first one because there was some color bleeding on the interior silver part. The second tent I received didn’t have that defect.I opened it at home to make sure I could actually close it on my own since some reviews said it was difficult to close. It’s actually very easy and intuitive to close back down and doesn’t require any strength or effort.This could probably fit 2 adults but I think it’s better for one person.It provided perfect shade for me at the beach. You can open the side windows and the back door for ventilation. Honestly, I’m super happy with this purchase! I will bring this with me anytime I go to a beach or take a cruise in the future.

This is a great tent, but it is a pain to fold.I saw someone at the beach using a 2 person version of this tent. I often take my son & 2 nephews to the beach by myself, so I wanted something a little more spacious.I read the reviews & knew it was going to be difficult to fold.When it arrived, there was a hole in the carrying case where the fabric meets the zipper. There were no holes from the needle so I know part of the fabric didn't catch during the sewing process. I contacted the manufacturer & we resolved the issue.Meanwhile my 6yr old thought it would be fun to camp in the living room. NBD I need practice taking down the tent before I take it out of the house. So I consent to erecting the tent. Before, I could put the box in a safe space (why do little kids love boxes so much?) I heard & pop & saw my son had the tent already up. So the set up is so easy a child can do it.But the packing up is a TOTALLY different story. I watch the video & after 5 min of trying I figure it out. Or so I thought. One trip to the beach & I learn otherwise. Again, it was easy to set up & impressed the mom who accompanied her kid on the play date. But the packing up took the 2 of us 30min & multiple consultations with the instructions. Btw there are instructions sewed into the carrying case. Eventually, we got it packed up. It was a little windy that day, & I wonder if that has a anything to do with the difficulty.I will say this, the directions don't make it clear which side is the "door" of the tent. If you don't camp alot (or ever like me) you may not realize its the side with 1 zipper. If you start on this side & follow the directions it "may" make things smoother.But I was very comfortable in this tent. & i can't wait until I can put it up all by myself

We purchased this tent because we were looking for something lightweight and relatively inexpensive to provide some shelter from the sun on a beach vacation. We are generally satisfied with the tent. It is super easy to set up and reasonably easy to fold back up; I do recommend practicing how to refold it at home because it isn't really intuitive at first. But once we got the hang of it we had no problems folding up the tent at the end of the day.This is definitely big enough for one adult or a couple of kids, but borderline for two adults. We debated between this one and the large size and I think in retrospect we should have bought the large size. The tent was still usable for both of us but it was a bit of a tight fit. It provided a reasonable amount of shade based on how we positioned it in relation to the sun, and the side window screens as well as the front and back zippered openings gave us a lot of flexibility.Unfortunately, the zipper on the carrying bag broke off after about the 5th time we used the tent. This may have been because when the tent is folded back up it takes up enough space that it's a bit tough to close the zipper all the way. I contacted WolfWise to ask about a replacement carrying bag and was told that they couldn't do that but they would provide a partial refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and the gesture of a partial refund, but in the end I am left with a less than fully functional carrying bag and will have to improvise something to be able to continue using the tent.

I bought a much bigger tent a few years ago, but I couldn’t figure out how to fold it back into the bag for storage. It was heavy and hard to transport with too. I found this tent instead and so far I can open and close the tent easily. It comes with picture instructions that are sewn into the bag and if you need a video to see the instructions better, they have those too on this product description and on their website. I like how the cover can be worn as a backpack or even a shoulder bag to make tent transportation on foot very convenient. It comes with tent spikes and empty bags you can put sand in to keep the tent from blowing away. The only downside is that the tent is small. Bigger groups probably will need to get multiple tents so that everyone can fit. But other than that, it’s the perfect size for a family of 3.
