The camera system isn't thay difficult to setup however the cable that powers the camera is not long enough to reach if you're planning to run the wire from front to back of your house. I did run into some trouble with recording and hard drive as well as networking but Christina and Fiona were amazing in technical support. They answer very quickly. Also one of the cameras were broken but Christina made sure to send out a new one in just one day.

I've had this system in place for almost a year now. I had to request a new AC adapter for one of the cameras because the connection was bad. At least once a month the cameras lose their connections and have to be reset; this is extraordinarily inconvenient because of the location of the cameras (a tall ladder is needed). Non-stop connection issues! I definitely would not purchase again!

I installed this camera system at our house about 4 months ago. The installation was very easy as many other reviews have stated. The images from the cameras are very clear during the day and at night. I currently use the "IP Pro3" Android app on my phone which works very good when I am away from home. The system has provided great peace of mind for myself and my children since we can see what is happening at our home at any time. One of my daughters last week mentioned how happy she was that we purchased and installed this system.

Good product. Installed all four camera's in a short period of time. Recording is easy and transferring your recording to a USB drive to give to authorities was really easy. Technical support was very helpful.

Horrible app! Most of the time only 1 or 2 cameras will display or either there is an endless "connecting" circle that never stops. I will be returning this.

Product is ok in general, color of the camera is odd.There some delay in transmission so you are not really see video in real time. In short, the product kind of overpriced, not worth it.Think twice before you buy it
