Does this ruler have a 1/8 & 3/8 marked lines to the left of the zero line like the mini has?

The Stripology XL has 3 markings left of the 0 line, 1/4, 1/2, & 3/4 inch. GE Designs has a cutting chart on their website that gives many cutting increments for these rulers. Hope this answers your question.

Where are creative grid rulers made?

I have 2 of the XL rulers. I just got one directly from GE Quilt Designs website and it says Made in the USA. I have heard on the Gudrun’s Quilt Crew Facebook page that some people have received counterfeit Stripology rulers through Amazon. I bought one on Amazon, but don’t have it with me to check place country of origin. I do think it’s a little more flimsy than the one I just received, though.

When was this created ,when did this version come on the market?

It came out the end of last year. It improves on the original one, plus adds some of the pluses from the stripology squared ruler. It is definitely one that you will use often. If you go to their website, it may tell you when it was released.

Good afternoon, I would like to know if the ruler is well packed?. It would be for a shipment to Colombia

Mine was packed in an appropriately sized box and packed with crumbled brown paper. The ruler itself is wrapped in tight plastic.
