Good, clean energy. I like that it's a cup of coffee's worth of caffeine without the heat of the coffee during the summer. It's tasty, easy and gives me the boost I need for the day. They're a little big and uncomfortable at first, but dissolve down enough after a couple of minutes. The flavor lasts the entire time you have these in your mouth. Not too strong, not too weak- these are perfect. The price is a little steep, but you do get a bunch for your money. I'm not sure if these helped with my focus or not so I can't speak on that part.

I’ve tried many energy drinks/pouches, and through all my comparisons, these win. Just the right amount of caffeine that I don’t overdose and have heart palpitations if I have another packet within 2 hours. The focus is definitely noticeable, Alpha gpc and theanine are proven ingredients that work well. Lions mane and tyrosine were a happy addition. The spearmint is my favorite, pouch size is appropriate and non-obtrusive. Not abrasive and outside of the slight tingle when you first start using them, no discomfort or problems. Best on amazon, highly recommend.

Got the lemon cherry one and it is a god awful taste I mean truly horrendous. It’s bitter and chemical-like I would not try this product again, waste of money.

i dont care for the taste. i tried multiple times. the lemon cherry part is fine - it's the other ingredients. i cant say if they give energy or focus bc i could not keep in my mouth for more than 8 minutes.

I got these for my husband who works in a factory on third shift, doing 12 hour shifts. I had been struggling with getting sleepy at the wrong time and you can’t drink coffee every time you need a little nudge. I wanted to try these pouches. I’d have loved if these had a bit more caffeine but not too bad, I just take them more often. The pouch size is surprisingly bigger than what I’d say comfortable but again, not a deal breaker.
