Nice umbrella
This umbrella is well constructed and a great value. The dark wood finish looks really nice against the fabric.

Sturdy, easy to open
My second umbrella, I bought same one. But in the years my first one wore out, this new one is much easier to open! I will buy a third one when THIS one wears out!! The price was amazing

Pole is cracked already only outside for two days

They made good on it
The first one arrived with what looked like factory pole fastener damage that put holes in the fabric. Awful! Never should have shipped. Amazons return policy proved to be top notch. I was offered the choice of a refund or a new shipment from the seller. I really wanted a manual, pulley umbrella so I risked a re-ship. The seller sent one right away. It was packaged as well and was received intact, as hoped. Kudo's on turning around a bad experience.We've only had it out for a couple weeks but so far, I would recommend it. But, remember the price point you are purchasing. This one is light gauge in construction all around. Don't expect it (as I did) to be comparably constructed as those 2X the price.

Poorly made umbrella
This is a poorly made product that developed cracks in the pole and slide within a couple weeks. It will like last only one summer. I would look for a sturdier product.
