I couldn’t imagine spending this much money on pasta. But it is totally worth it. This is what pasta is supposed to be. Just wonderful. If you are adding sauce, we find that cooking it for a minute less than suggested makes for a great tasting al dente meal.

This pasta is firm and flavorful. We fist bought it in Italy20 years ago.
