After trying mouth guards and nose strips and a bunch of other options to improve sleep- bed routines, exercises, valerian root, teas and pillows... I was trying whatever in hopes something would help with snoring and/or poor sleep. I didn't have much hope for what looks like water, but it really did help! It was a bit awkward until I got the hang of squeezing the cap while keeping the end in the right position. Keeping your head back or doing this while laying down works best for me and I don't get any running out my nose. It doesn't spray like a sinus/allergy medication, its more of a drip. That drip should pass your nose and feel like it's running down the back of your throat. It's a little bit thicker than water and doesn't have any flavour or scent. It worked the first night- I finally got some heavy, solid sleep- but initially it felt like it wore off before morning and needed to be reapplied. It also needs reapplied after drinking water but I keep it on the nightstand so it's easy to do without getting up. After a few weeks of regular use it improved even more more, my sinuses are staying clear and it lasts all night with fewer sprays. I've stopped snoring completely and fell asleep on my back a few times too! (I'm a stomach sleeper.) I'm on my second bottle and will keep using it as long as it works, it's far less expensive than other options and only takes a few moments to do before falling asleep. It lets me breath effectively so I fall asleep easier and get better rest. I wish I had tried this sooner!
