I'm sure these earbuds do exactly what they are supposed to do. There are so many positive reviews! Unfortunately, for my daughter at least, who is sensitive to start, they weren't going to work. The unicorn is bulky and for a sensitive child, rough around the edge. Also, smaller ear canals would have an issue with them. You can't adjust with smaller bud covers. I'd recommend a minimum age of 6 and knowledge of your child's ability to manage larger earbuds first. I didn't return simply because I knew the mistake was my own. However I know they would have assisted if I let them.

Awkwardly shaped..cute. Wouldn’t stay in my daughters ears. Attempted to change the bud to a smaller one, it’s just the shape of them that causes them to fall out. I tried in my ears as well. Just shaped awkward. WillReturn
