Suggested Use: Rinse and soak sponge until it becomes soft. Gently massage body. Rinse after use, then squeeze out water and air dry. Sanitize sponge by placing in a bowl of water and microwave it in a normal setting for 1:30 minute. Sanitization is recommended once every two weeks.
