Suggested Use: Essential oil is diluted in Jojoba and ready to apply. Some traditional uses are to place a few drops of oil on the palms, rub together, cup over nose and breathe deeply; use in the bath (5-10 drops); apply directly to the feet or over pulse points. After applying the oil, carefully light a candle and meditate in a way you are accustomed. Try this ritual for 7 days.
