By pulling out the susceptor and associated chemicals they made their popcorn a little more sensitive to the microwave used. There are three types of microwave that can have an issue: Older Microwaves -If it says Radar Range then it's old. Surprisingly some do work well though! Tiny Low Power Microwaves -Quinn popcorn needs a turntable and enough room to spin! Fancy Oven Combination Microwaves -Place the bag on top of an upside down plate and voila, perfectly popping! Tips & Tricks You're smarter than your microwave. Don't trust the "Popcorn" button. It does a good job on some, but not all, microwaves. Dud kernels are a part of life. It's tough, but it's way better to end popping early than to burn the whole bag. Find your own shaking style. Quinn Popcorn tend to prefer the "Open Top Toss," but do what feels right. That wasn't easy to figure out. Did they mention, it's even compostable? The ingredients got even more attention. They never use GMO ingredients or preservatives. The popcorn is organic. The expeller pressed oils are high in omega-3's. Their ingredients all come together in 3 sweet, salty, unique, and delicious flavors.
