As all of their products are green tea based, they do contain a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine. In all of their Iced Green Teas, there is approximately 15mg of caffeine per beverage, while their Cactus Water beverages have 12mg of caffeine per can. Their energy drinks contain approximately 100mg of naturally occurring caffeine per can. All of this caffeine is derived from plants, with the main sources being Organic Guarana, Organic Yerba Mate and Organic Green Tea. Does Steaz add sugar to their beverages? They do not use refined sugar in any of their products. Rather, their regular beverages are lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar, a more natural, “wholesome” sweetener. On the other hand, their zero calorie beverages are sweetened with stevia meaning no sugar, no carbs, no calories and still all natural!
