Defective on arrival
The clutch never disengaged so it made my wife’s Escalade sound like a jet. In all fairness I never called to complain or return it.

Part faulty.
The part came fast, easy to install, but is faulty out of the Box . I email the customer service center that was given Inside the box, for your complete satisfaction, and they never returned my email. Disappointed with the product.

Arrived faulty in lock position
It arrived in the locked position so now it sounds like my Yukon is a damn jet going down the road. They are sending me a replacement figured you know this kind of stuff happens let's just get another and see if that works properly. Will update to 5 stars so long as I don't have to do this all over again with someone else's product because you won't get a third try out of me I'm not happy I have to do it twice now.
