Medieval Total War: Gold Edition

This is an improved version of the original computer game that offers some options that the original didn't. There are still a couple of things I'd like to see changed, but the game is still enjoyable and occasionally very challenging.

This is still the best overall Total War in the series, and I have played them all. High immersion, without complex micromanagement. Tis a hard balace to find. But you will find it here. The graphics, while outdated, IMO are not bad even today. But the gameplay? THIS my friends, is what its all about, or at least it should be. And here you will find a stellar game, easily top 10 of all time strategy, bundled with the VI expansion. I still play this game regularly. If you are a graphics whore, look elsewhere. But if you are looking for an excellent gaming experience and love strategy games, this is the game for you.

I know this game is old but I still play it. Ive been playing this game since it release many years ago and still come back to it every now and then.

got here quick, awesome game, was easy to install. one of the best strategy games ever. vikings will rule the world!

BEST GAME FOR COMPUTER, HOURS OF FUN TO ATTACK THE DIFFERANT TRIBES FROM DIFFERANT POWERS AND YEARS, FUN FOR ALL AGES.

Pro: I have a pain to be able to play this game with Windows 10, I find a way, by mistake I try to access my Desktop just before the Menu appears (it crashed all the time) I pressed ALT+TAB key, and I was able to select everything and play!!! It's very slow (maybe my graphics settings are too high for this game) but fully playable! The right patch to install it's the Total War: Vikings Invasions for the Total War: Medieval Gold Edition not the Total War: Medieval (standard Edition). It's not the Steam version.Con: I have to copy a no-CD patch inside the install folder, no system lags or viruses so far...

....a game for grown ups .... gave it to my husband for 4 days ago.... he play it constantly even while having his meals...( for now) hopefully will we be able to get him away from the game at Christmas....
