Wish it wld stay cold longer. It is very good size.

I bought one of these in June 2021 for my knee replacement and quickly realized I should have ordered at least 2 so one could be freezing while the other one was being used. When I was scheduled for a hip replacement in March I quickly ordered a second one. I made a cloth pouch to put them in while using and they are great for keeping pain and swelling away.

Very flexible and easy to fit around injury. Lasts about 50 minutes before needing refrezze.Great product at good price.

This is very helpful for a sore spot when you've got an ache somewhere, and even other painful spots where you might've bumped your elbows, knees, and whatnot on a hard surface somewhere.

As someone facing my 3rd spinal surgery, I am all too familiar with ice packs. They are padded, but allow their icy grip to numb your pain away. There are no hard edges or clamps to cause an additional injury. They can be reused by placing them in the freezer. They are generous in size & stay cold for a long time, especially if they are not exposed to outer air.
