NOT as Described, not Coolform Light as it says in their long description.
Judging from this direct quote from the description of these shorts, "this is your short. âcoolform lightâ contains all the wonderful benefits that âcoolformâ fabric has without the weight. In other words it is thinner and is meant specifically for heated rooms and hot places. This material is so light and so soft it has often been described as equivalent to the feeling of wearing nothing at all! we make all our prints in this material and some styles in black too. We recommend this material for hot yoga during the summer months or as an uber comfortable first layer during colder months for your outdoor activities."You would expect them to arrive as coolform light. I received regular coolform shorts and when I requested a return for this reason they told me that this listing was for coolform, not coolform light and that it was my mistake. Seems to me like the description is wrong. These are not the lighter version and not the same material as the prints. Not very happy with the customer service.

These shorts are the best thing I have found to wear in hot yoga classes. There are other side string shorts out there but I think the fabric Shakti uses is the best because it isn't too slippery when the going gets hot and sweaty. They also are very durable so, although they're pricey, they do last a long time.
