Review writers are so funny....obviously more inclined to share their negative experience than their positive. Since I own a business and I know how much bad reviews can hurt profits, I am always inspired to write positive reviews when I find a product that I really like. This seat cover is awesome. I've been hesitant to purchase one (and by hesitant I mean I've put it off for about three years), because whenever I have had seat covers in the past they shift when I get in and out of the car and they never look as good in person as they do in the packaging. This seat cover is amazing. I am in a very hot climate with leather seats and I wear shorts a lot. This neopreen cover has made my life so much better. I get to jump in my truck and not have sweaty legs on a leather seat. Also since I am in the desert leather gets very hot. The seat cover makes this a non-issue. My truck is slightly lifted so I obviously hit the seat at a bad angle and test this seat stability constantly. It doesn't shift or lift. Also there is no odor at all. I have no idea what those reviews are about. I'm sensitive to strong fumes and the cover doesn't bother me in the least. I can't believe I found a cover at this price that is exactly what I needed.UPDATE- the other day we had a very unexpected rain storm in the desert. My sun roof was open and the water that poured in onto this seat cover pooled to a depth of 3 inches. My seat was completely dry. I was pretty impressed.

I just bought a BRAND NEW 2017 Honda Accord Coupe with Leather seats and I plan on keeping this car for a very long time, so preserving the leather is my main concern. Sliding in and out of the car every day will produce those ugly wrinkles in the seats. Also, moisture from body heat and the occasional rain storm soaked clothes is an unacceptable situation. I bought ONE of these Neoprene seat covers and "test drove" it for a few weeks and I thought so highly of it that I just bought a second for the passenger seat. Less than $70 invested for the pair is well worth the peace of mind knowing that no matter what, the beautiful leather seats are protected. Some guy going by the name of Robbie reviewed this product in August of 2017 and complained of the smell... Robbie.. don't know what happened to YOUR car seat cover(s), but mine smelled pleasant and non-offensive when they arrived in the Amazon box. Honda did an amazing job with the quality of the leather upholstery in my 2017 Accord, and knowing that not only is the leather protected from daily wear, but also rain and water .. what more could you ask for? Another great thing about these that I like is that they can be removed quickly and easily by slipping it off of the headrest. Lets say you have a gorgeous woman you're picking up for a date and you want to ALLOW her to sit upon your valuable leather seats .. that's easy, just lift the neoprene seat covers up off of the headrest, neatly fold them up, tuck them into the trunk and you're set for a fun and interesting night. (You hope, right?)You don't have to drive a Honda to appreciate the value something like this offers .. if I won the lottery and could afford a beautiful McLaren for a daily driver I would use the same neoprene seat covers on my super car. Either way, these things are well worth the money invested. ;-)

I lost a neoprene seat cover I bought at a local running store. They aren't selling them anymore and replaced it with a towel like seat cover. I don't like those because I can put a towel on my seat from home and they let the wetness of the sweat go thru to the seat. I have leather seats and I like to keep them clean. I am from Texas and running in the summer makes you sweat a lot. Plus, i use it as well when I leave the gym to keep my leather clean. The neoprene doesn't let the wetness soak thru and the cover has slid resistant material underneath it. It is also easy to just slip onto the head rest and go. So happy and satisfied with this seat cover!! I highly recommend!!

Got a pair of these mainly because I've seen so many negative reviews on the more expensive, custom fitted seat covers for my car. The design is simple: stick the headrest into the seat cover sleeve, and let the cover drape over the seat. Over time and use, the seat cover settles to match the contours of the seat. While the seat cover is molding to fit the seat better, you might find yourself adjusting it occasionally, but nothing major. Once it formed to match the seat, I haven't had to adjust it again so far - the underside material has enough friction to it to keep it in it's place. Very happy - well worth the money.

Let me start my saying I was surprised that I like the item color in comparison to the color of my car seats. I thought since my car seats were grey and the seat protector being black it wouldn't look right, but, I was happily surprised. The red stitching makes it look pretty good in my truck.At first can't say I like the fact the protector only had two straps at the bottom, I didn't think it was going to stay in place. But so far it has surprised me. Ive only used a about 2 days, but, getting in and out of my truck, the seat protector has not moved or shifted at all. It has conformed to the car seat very well.I did not do the recommend washing with dish detergent before I used it, but, the neoprene rubber smell only lasted about a day and it wasn't really that bad anyway.

I love this seat cover. I work out every morning remotely. I sweat more than the average person. I was constantly fighting the battle to keep my cloth seats dry and not smelling all funky. My first option was investing in a bottle of Febreeze. Well that did not dry my seats out. This cover does a great job. It is easy to slip on and off of the head rest. The rubber coated underside does a good job keeping the seat from sliding around. It covers my entire front seat of my 2015 Dodge Ram. It is everything I was looking for in a seat cover to prevent sweat and smell from transferring to my cloth interior. I would also suggest neoprene seat belt pads.
