First of all, there's absolutely nothing wrong with this electric brush. It was light enough and ergonomic enough for me to use and I'm in the middle of multiple surgeries on both arms. My complaint is why isn't there more types of brush heads. I'd like to see a sponge type and a silicone. The two that come with it are sufficient for cleaning caked on food off of all my pans, without scratching. Tho you should definitely soak, just for ease. Since I'm in this arm thing for the long haul I've been searching for things to keep my house clean with less actual elbow grease. It was a good investment.

It does not have a lot of speed (only 158 RPM), but has plenty of torque to actually scrub the dirt. Mine came with three heads: 2 brushes and a scouring pad. The heads are easily replaceable without any tools – you just pull the head off and push another one in place. The scrubber is very light and comfortable to hold in your hand.The tool is powered by four AA batteries. In the bottom of the handle there is a steel ring, you pull it and the whole battery cartridge comes out. There are clear symbols for each cell to install them with correct polarity. The manual recommends to use alkaline cells, but I am using rechargeable 1.2V cells with no problem whatsoever. The cartridge has a rubber O-ring to seal the water out.The user manual states this product has a full 2-year home use warranty from Black & Decker and provides the phone number and web address to reach a warranty center. You cannot go wrong with this tool!

This was a waste of money. The box listed a bottle /glass cleaner attachment which was not in the box. The attachments listed in the ad, as well as tho on the box were not identical. I got two bristle brushes, two scouring pads, a thingey to attach the scouring pads to. The scouring pad shredded the first time I used it. Very poor power, too. I used a toothbrush to clean item and got it clean when the scrubber brush didn’t. If it worked it would be easy to use. Very disappointed.

Maybe it shouldn't spin any faster than it does because it needs the torque, but it just feels slow to me. It is very powerful though and is hard to keep in one spot when scrubbing.

The battery compartment is a little too small. Other than that, it scrubs pretty well and saves me on elbow grease for the glass cooktop cleaning.

This brush spins much too slowly to be effective or efficient. It took twice as long to clean with it than if I cleaned the tub/shower the old fashioned way. It’s also a bit heavy. I can think of no uses where this would be helpful. If will be on display at my next yard sale, front and center.

Doesn't really spin very fast. Not sure I would buy again. It's give or take.

Scrubber worked ok for what I needed it for. But it's not very powerful, almost in slow mode.
